I'm Australian who was riding to LA from San Jose with a team of mad English folk. I came in on the weekend to get my front shifter fixed. I'm happy to report that the bike went like a dream and I got to Santa Monica ahead of time in excellent shape.

I would agree that your shop is the "happiest in the area" and as somebody who rides around the world, I'd say the happiest bike shop on earth. Many thanks for the great service and the tee shirt that i have worn proudly.
